Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on orders over $150 (AUD) across Australia. We ship within Australia only.

Rates

• Standard shipping: $20 (free on orders over $150)
• Express shipping: $25

Preparation and delivery times

All orders have a preparation period of 5 to 7 business days before dispatch from our warehouse in Wodonga, Victoria.

For custom or decorated products, the 5 to 7 business day preparation period begins after artwork approval.

• Standard: Carrier transit times vary by destination after dispatch. Regional and remote addresses may take longer than metropolitan areas.
• Express: Express carrier transit is usually 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Express freight does not shorten the 5 to 7 business day preparation period.
